Hello everyone! How is your creativity these days?
Are you in the m-a-k-i-n-g mood?
I woke up this morning and felt like I need to do something crafty.
I always try to keep my projects rather simple which is why one of my favourite craft ideas for autumn/winter season is painting pumpkins. Adorable, elegant and classy. They are very easy to use as a part of home decoration or in the tablescapes. In fact, they look great anywhere you put them!
All you need for this projects is:
1) a pumpkin (just in case you didn't guess that ;)
2) white acrylic paint
3) paint brush
....and you're ready to go.
Try painting them twice for a better effect.
Did you know that white pumpkins are sometimes called ghost pumpkins...?
Wonder why......? :P
How do you decorate your pumpkins?
Do you paint them or carve them?
Hugs!
I usually just carve my pumpkins but I like yours a lot. Your pictures are gorgeous, especially the ghost one :o)

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your compliment :) hugs x
DeleteWinter white pumpkins! Fun how you can change up something with paint and have a completely different feel. Simple and lovely.
ReplyDeletePaint crafts are definitely my favorite! Sometimes my boyfriend is scared to think what am I going to paint next? :D Thanks for visiting!
DeleteTotally loving your beautiful pumpkins! So fresh and cute! Great pictures you've taken as well! I've been wanting to paint them for Halloween, but then I was too late and just put them outside as decor at my front door. Next year I'll definitely try something else with them - maybe paint them... Not sure, but this is definitely sweet and cute! Hugs, Inge x
ReplyDeleteThank you Inge :))) I'm so happy to hear that. I love painting and I would really paint ANYTHING which is why it was an easy choice for me. You can always try experimenting with different supplies, colors and methods. It's going to be great as long as you truly enjoy it xo
